Brad joined the Miller Industrial team to focus exclusively on the Industrial segment of the Commercial Real Estate industry and assist the firm with it’s aggressive growth strategy. Brad is consistently providing excellent client services, benchmark market knowledge, and highly effective guidance to support Tenants, Buyers, Landlords, Sellers, Investors, and Developers in reaching their business goals.

Experience

Since 1999, Brad has been working in the sales and business development arena and is very well versed in state of the art marketing techniques, effective prospecting activities, and successful sales cycle management. Brad has extensive experience and has negotiated hundreds of Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Representing the tenant, Brad recently negotiated the largest industrial absorption in Northern Nevada in approximately four years. This was a 566,000 square foot absorption bringing approximately 250 new jobs to Northern Nevada.
