Carole was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her background is one of marketing and public relations and upon her departure from South Africa to the United States, she had worked as Public Relations Manager for one of the largest publishing firms in the country, Marketing Manger for a large retail leader and onto hold the position of National Public Relations Manager for Estee Lauder, South Africa.

Experience

Her career in the industrial real estate field commenced upon her arrival in Reno 2001, where she joined Miller Industrial Properties. Carole’s focus is leasing and sales of warehouse and manufacturing facilities. She has worked with numerous National based clients with their leasing and sales requirements as well as concluded numerous small flex multi tenant transactions. She has included a year of Commercial Property Management into her experience and is now a Broker – Salesman, broadening Carole’s experience and understanding of the business.

A hallmark of Carole’s service to her clients has been her high amount of repeat business. Not only is her service to her clients excellent, but Carole’s desire to go the extra mile and handle all aspects of her client’s needs, has been an added benefit to her ever growing client base.

Carole is working on the completion of her CCIM designation, which is the leading commercial real estate recognition in the country and holds a property manager license. Carole is involved with EDAWN, NAIOP, CREW of Northern Nevada, the Nevada Debate institute and an active member of Northern Nevada Youth Football.
