Scandia Realty Group, Inc. is moving into a new facility at 1155 S. Rock Blvd., after signing a multi-year lease. Tom Miller and Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord, Libitzky Properties, in the transaction of the 23,000 sq ft space.
Scandia Realty Group plans to use the facility for the distribution of the Danish clothing line, Kastel Denmark by Charlotte Jorst.
