Local Solar Company Doubles its Space with Help from Miller Industrial

Solar United Network, which operates as SUNworks, is one of the fastest growing solar systems providers in Nevada and California. That’s evident here in Reno, since Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial recently helped the company into a new facility that gives it double the space. All of that space will be necessary as the company expands locally and continues to supply state-of-the-art solar systems for residential, commercial and agricultural applications. Despite less-than-positive state changes regarding net metering rates, which some say will curb enthusiasm for residential solar and green energy systems, SUNworks remains committed to this market and needed a bigger facility from which to operate.

Lancaster was referred to SUNworks by a mutual acquaintance and former client who was impressed with the way Lancaster handled his own industrial real estate needs and related decisions.

The new property at 895 E Patriot is 7,000 SF, and SUNworks will be occupying the space on a three year lease.
