Contract Flooring & Interior Services, Inc., a longtime local flooring contractor, has found a permanent home. The company is vacating its former Greg Street location in Sparks after the purchase of 55 Silicon, a 13,000 sf facility in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
Tom Miller of Miller Industrial Properties represented the sellers, Dean and Gloria Smith, in the transaction.
