US Cabinet Depot, an Atlanta-based cabinet distributor, is settling in Reno after making expansion plans to both the West Coast and New Jersey. The company worked with Tom Miller of Miller Industrial Properties to see if Reno-Sparks would fit its needs as a distribution point to the Western states. “Tom is the most professional agent I have ever met,” said Stephen Xu of US Cabinet Depot.
Miller showed the company six to eight potential locations, and the 126,268-square-foot facility at 1381 Capital Court in Reno proved ideal – so ideal, in fact, that US Cabinet Depot has elected to set up its Reno facility first, delaying a move to New Jersey for the indefinite future. The entire process took just several weeks. “Tom was extremely helpful,” said Xu.
US Cabinet Depot will take occupancy of its new facility October 1.
