After expanding to Reno in 1988 and building a manufacturing facility at 14400 Lear Boulevard, Kinplex Company recently made plans to serve its West Coast clients from other locations. The company hired Miller Industrial Properties to secure a tenant for the 29,000 square foot property, which was leased July 2 to High Quality Organics (HQO) of Stead, Nevada. “Miller Industrial Properties located a viable long-term tenant for our manufacturing facility at a time when manufacturing has been down and out for some time,” said Al Alderman, vice president of Kinplex Company. “We are pleased at the outcome of this transaction.”
HQO offers the largest wholesale selection of organic herbs, spices, botanicals and teas. The company occupies three facilities in Stead, and the Reno property will house its expanding line of teas.
