MIP Collaborates to Bring Global Leader to Northern Nevada

Northern Nevada welcomes its newest corporate citizen as Clean Dried Processing, a subsidiary of LaBudde Group, opens a 150,000 sq ft manufacturing and distribution facility in Silver Springs. Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties and Andie Wilson/Brad Bonkowski of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in Carson City co-listed the property, situated on 28 acres adjacent to Silver Springs Airport, and exposed it to potential prospects nationwide. The trio designed contemporary marketing plans to raise awareness about the property with managers of all potential manufacturing facilities across the country. Once a suitable buyer was found, the team structured a unique transaction arrangement to allow LaBudde Group to begin operations immediately while financing and other acquisition details were arranged over a four-month period to bring the property purchase and sale to a close.

For more than a century, the Wisconsin-based LaBudde Group has processed clean food waste and byproducts into livestock feed and pet food. Northern Nevada is the company’s nine location nationally.
