“Market velocity was quite high for northern Nevada’s industrial real estate market in the first quarter of 2016, despite strong negative outside influences from the investment markets, terrorist events and the US political condition. The number of transactions this quarter was up about 5% from the five-year average, with gross absorption of 1,888,000 sq. ft. up a significant 37% from the same average.”
