Three northern Nevada properties are home to three new tenants, after Brad Lancaster of Miller Industrial Properties represented a landlord and two tenants in the fourth quarter of 2015. EC Applications, Pertici North America and Precision Metals, Inc., recently signed leases for properties ranging from 2,000 sf up to 23,000 sf.
EC Applications, a general engineering contractor specializing in top-level geosynthetic installation service in the environmental containment market, is the new tenant at 255 Distribution in Sparks. Brad found this tenant when he represented the landlord.
Pertici North America, a leader in the designing and manufacturing of machines for aluminum and PVC profiles, is a Tuscany-based company that has just come state-side. The company’s new U.S. headquarters is right here in Reno, and intended to serve its North American customers. The company chose northern Nevada specifically for its strategic location to satisfy its fast-growing continental market. Brad negotiated a satisfactory deal for the tenant at 5350 Capital Court in Reno.
Precision Metals, Inc., is a metal manufacturing business specializing in running any quantity of metal for a variety of projects. Brad represented Precision Metals for a 23,000 sf facility at 1315 Greg Street in Sparks.
