Vortex International Enterprises (December 22, 2016) – This deal was a lease renewal on a 24,250 SF facility on South Rock in Reno. Miller Industrial Properties represented the landlord, Libitzky Property Companies.
Nevada Stealth, Inc. (March 13, 2017) – This deal was a new 36-month lease at 250 Cal Lane in Sparks. Miller Industrial Properties represented the tenant in this 8,620 SF deal.
KDH Builders & Mertes Family Limited Partnership (April 7, 2017) – Miller Industrial Properties represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of this 8,560 SF facility at 5400 Equity Avenue in Reno.
Easy Street Associates (April 10, 2017) – This deal for was a new 51-month lease at 380 Parr Boulevard in Reno. Miller Industrial represented the landlord on this 56,200 SF transaction to Bender Warehouse Company.
YESCO (April 26, 2017) – Miller Industrial represented the tenant in this new 36-month lease at 800 Bennie Lane, a 6200 SF facility in Reno.
UMS Property, LLC (April 30, 2017) – Miller Industrial Properties represented the tenant for this land sale of 13.14 acres at Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.
GSA Services, LLC (May 5, 2017) – Miller Industrial Properties represented the seller, Tall Sails, Inc, in the sale of 21,260 SF at 3033 Waltham Way in McCarran, Nevada.
