In Dayton, a 175,000 sf facility will be about 20 minutes from Tesla as soon as USA Parkway is completed. This site will also be available for long-term lease or outright sale.
• The Dayton facility measures 174,336 sq ft in total building size and cannot be readily expanded. The facility has 13,280 sq ft of office space with 30,400 sq ft of mezzanine. • It was built in 1997 and sits on an 11.73-acre site. • Features include 24’ eave height, three truck dock doors, two drive-in doors, large industrial power supply and close proximity to runway. • The ME zoning allows all common industrial uses.
