Rinnai International, the leading company in the tankless water heater industry, has made a commitment to continue its growth in northern Nevada with its recent expansion into 40,000 sf at 650 Vista Boulevard in Sparks. In 2008, the Georgia-based company decided to expand its distribution operations to the West Coast, ensuring its Western customers would obtain the highest level of service and prompt delivery. Location was paramount, and Rinnai contacted Carole Brill of Miller Industrial Properties to find the ideal location for its service needs and delivery requirements. When the company’s needs changed, this time motivated by an expansion in their product line along with the demand for a customer service center, Rinnai contacted Carole again. The new property needed to be larger, of better quality, easily accessible and ideally located. After extensive research and collaboration, Carole zeroed in on the perfect facility on Vista Boulevard. The new property allows Rinnai to guarantee overnight delivery to the eleven Western states while also offering a customer service center, making it a truly multi-functional space.
“Carole has found us two locations since our expansion to the West, both fitting our needs exactly,” says Steve Walsh, director of supply chain at Rinnai. “She listens and ensures we view the right type of facilities requested. Each time, it has been a seamless exercise due to Carole’s knowledge of both the area and the availability of the industrial warehouse inventory.”
